Carly is a Research Scientist at Recombia Biosciences. Previously, she was a postdoctoral researcher at the Stanford Genome Technology Center working on genome editing technologies. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Caltech, and earned her PhD in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering from UCLA, where she worked on metabolic engineering of yeast for production of natural products.
